Monsters in every corner: Man murdered in revenge for stalking a woman

Bengaluru: City police arrested another woman in connection with the brutal murder case of a man who was found dead with his head smashed near Kempapura Agrahara police station limits. After an interrogation, the police said that the six accused were relatives of the woman identified as Saroja.

It was revealed that the deceased, Manjunath Balappa Jamkhandi, was allegedly stalking the woman, who is now married and has three children. Her husband reportedly works for a company in Dubai. “Saroja is said to have moved to the city a week ago and had obtained a house on rent here,” an officer from the jurisdictional police station told News Trail.

“The deceased had allegedly followed her to the city and was on his way to her house in 5th Cross when he was stopped by the accused persons and allegedly beaten to death,” the officer added.

The seven accused, identified as Akka Mahadevi, Manjunath, Kiran, Premavva, Chanappa, Kashinath along with Saroja have been arrested by the KP Agrahara police.
