Techie found hanging at her husband’s house

Bengaluru: A 26-year-old techie was allegedly found hanging at her residence in Basaveshwara Nagar police station limits on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Swathi, a software engineer employed at one of the private firms in Global Village Tech Park. It was revealed that Swathi married Damodar two years ago, and the couple was living in Basaveshwara Nagar.

According to sources, Swathi was suffering from depression for a few months. However, the jurisdictional police said that the exact cause of the suicide is yet to be ascertained.

A case has been taken up by the police, and an investigation is underway
