Homemaker found dead in city

Bengaluru: A 20-year-old homemaker was found dead at her house in the fourth cross Srinivasa Colony in Subramanyapura police station limits in the city. The deceased has been identified as Komala.

The matter came to light on Tuesday night when the woman's husband, Manoj, returned from work and found her hanging from a ceiling fan in her room. Manoj had been working at a local factory while Komala was a homemaker.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that the couple married just two years ago. On Tuesday, Manoj went to the factory in the morning and returned around 7:30 pm only to find his wife dead. Shocked, he alerted Komala's parents and the police about her death.

The body has been sent to KIMS hospital, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause of her death.
