Crime wrap: No major crimes reported in city in 2022

Bengaluru: City Police Commissioner CH Pratap Reddy said no major crimes were committed in Bengaluru in 2022.
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, the Bengaluru top cop thanked the city residents for cooperating during the New Year celebrations. “There were over 500 protests in 2022, including the hijab ban and farm laws. We have also apprehended criminals who were on the run for the last 10–15 years,” he said.
