International trade fair on Organic and Millets to kick off on Jan 20

Bengaluru: The department of agriculture, Government of Karnataka is organizing the “International trade fair Organic and Millets 2023” with the objectives of creating consumer awareness and market linkage for organics and millets.

This event will be organised from 20th January 2023 to 22nd January 2023 at Tripuravasini, Gate No.2, Palace Grounds, Ballari road, (near Mekhri circle), Bengaluru. This fair will include an exhibition of organic products and millets, a buyer – seller meet, conference, consumer connect programmes and farmer’s workshop, focusing various aspects pertaining to organics and millets.

The event will provide an opportunity to marketers, food processors, processing machinery manufacturers who are engaged in the field of organics and millets, not only to showcase their strength, but also to connect with the farmers.

Paid food stalls of various food products/recipes of organics and millets are planned in the food court area. Interested participants can contact Smt. S. Swamy, agriculture officer, her contact number is 8277929854, or Smt.
