Toyota Kirloskar launches Toyota genuine parts distributor in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) inaugurated the exclusive Toyota Genuine Parts Distributor, Vijaya Auto Drive, in Bengaluru on Tuesday.

The exclusive distributor was opened to expand Toyota’s customer base and to ensure availability of genuine motor parts throughout India. Toyota plans to appoint 20 Exclusive Toyota Genuine Parts of Distributors towards the first quarter of 2023. The company also plans to cater to 3000 retailers and garbage in the country.

Tadashi Asazuma, Executive Vice President of Toyota Kirloskar Motor speaking on the occasion said,” We are striving to provide excellent customer care. With the establishment of Vijaya Auto Drive, we ensure the safety and availability of parts as per industry standards. Our customer base will amplify and form a process of fast and hassle-free services, ensuring peace of mind and satisfaction.”

TKM has over 530 customer touch points and 20 Toyota Genuine Distributors have come up in major cities like Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, and other places.
