Worker killed, another injured in Dargah wall collapse

Bengaluru: One worker was killed while another was injured after a portion of a Dargah wall collapsed during demolition work by the administration in Bengaluru on Tuesday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru West, Laxman B Nimbargi said, “Demolition work was going on near a junction at Avenue Road, City Market. Two workers were involved in the work and suddenly, around 4.30 pm, one floor of the Dargah collapsed, gravely injuring both the workers.”
"One Azar-ul-Haq succumbed to his injuries in hospital and the other person, Shamsu, is being treated", the DCP added. It is learnt that they are natives of West Bengal.
