Body of auto driver found on railway tracks

Bengaluru: Railway Police Force (RPF) attached to Yesvantpur Railway Station found a mutilated body on the railway tracks in the city. Preliminary probe revealed that the deceased person was an autorickshaw driver.
Sources from the railway police said that the deceased was identified as Chikkagangaiah, 46, a resident of Meenakshi Nagar in Kamakshipalya here. The body was found around 3 pm on Tuesday on the tracks near the Ring Road over bridge.
The police are yet to ascertain whether it was a suicide or accidental death. An inspection was carried out and the body was handed over to his family.
