Couple ends life over property issue

Peenya police have been questioning the family members after a depressed couple allegedly committed suicide over a property issue in Chokkasandra here. The chaos began after Jagdish, 35, and Nandini, 30, were found dead around 4 pm on Thursday at their house. It was said that the couple had hanged themselves to death after a spat with the family members over a property share. The couple had no children, sources told News Trail.

The matter was reported to the jurisdictional police by their landlord when he found the couple hanging to their death from a ceiling fan in one of the rooms inside the house in the evening. It is said that the cops have retrieved a death note from the house in which the couple have alleged the reason for their suicide as depression.
