Techie in custody over sexual assault

A techie was arrested by the police for allegedly blackmailing women whom he had cheated by promising high paying jobs in multinational companies in the city. The accused was identified by the police as Dilli Prasad, a native of Andhra Pradesh and a software engineer. A resident of Koramangala, he was arrested from his house by the police, sources said. Based on a complaint filed by one of Prasad's victims, the city police nabbed him after investigation. Preliminary probe had revealed that the accused had posted advertisements regarding high paying jobs availables at MNCs and lured several women from other districts and states.
