Mystery shrouds death of student

Bengaluru: An undergraduate student was found dead under suspicious circumstances, sources said on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Marvesh, 19, who was pursuing B Com at a private college here. It is alleged that the incident took place on Tuesday when Marvesh's friends took him to a hospital complaining that he had vomited, but, by that time, he had died, according to doctors.

It was revealed that he had gone to some place along with his friends and had not attended college on Tuesday.

The Hennur police were informed about the incident and the body was sent to Ambedkar Hospital for postmortem.

So far, no marks have been found on the body, but talk is doing the rounds that Marvesh got into a fight with some of his friends over a young woman. The Hennur police are probing the case.
