Friends turn rivals over trivial matter: FIR filed against Rikki Rai

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: An FIR was registered against former gangster and real estate baron Muthappa Rai's son, Rikki Rai on the order of the 8th ACCM court in connection with a bar fight case.

Once good friends and business partners, Rikki and Srinivas Naidu turned rivals over a trivial matter following which Rikki and his associates allegedly assaulted Naidu, and a luxury car belonging to Naidu was burnt last year.

Naidu had alleged that Rikki threatened to kill him if he informed the police.

On May 26, Rikki’s car driver Somashekhar filed a complaint with the police against four people, including Srinivas Naidu for allegedly assaulting Rikki. Now, an FIR has been registered at the Cubbon Park Police Station against Rikki Rai.
