Prestige Group launches Rs 6,000 cr luxury residential township in Whitefield

Bengaluru: KGF star Yash along with Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group unveiled the Prestige Park Grove, a new luxury residential township in a single-phase development in Bengaluru with a topline of Rs 6,000 cr.

Situated near Whitefield's eastern IT corridor, Prestige Park Grove is an expansive project spanning 71 acres and comprising 3,627 apartments within 19 high-rise towers.

Adjacent to the Kadugodi metro station, the development also boasts an enclave of 88 independent villas. The pricing for 3BHK apartments with a 1,400 square feet area starts from Rs 1.5 cr, 4BHKs spanning 2,369 sq ft starting from Rs 2.1 cr, and 4BHK luxury villas ranging from Rs 5.7 cr to Rs 10 crore.

The project will also feature 1BHKs with a carpet area of 858 sq ft.
