26th Bengaluru Tech Summit to begin from Nov 26; Priyank says KA keen on developmen

Bengaluru: Priyank Kharge, the Minister for Rural Development, and Panchayat Raj, IT and BT, addressing the Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) partners meeting here on Monday, said the state is keen on focusing on development.

“Karnataka is the top destination for the GCCs with 40% of such, the most in India, and is also the destination for innovation, invention, and investment. We are breaking the barrier for innovation, invention, and investments. Our government is extremely serious about it”, he said.

His announcements came after the foreign delegates from Japan, Netherlands, Australia, etc. presented insights about the participation from their countries at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2023 to be held here from November 26.

As the United States and India are expected to explore advancements in emerging technologies in IT and Health Care during the BTS 2023, fostering collaborations and discussions, the Minister said Karnataka is taking serious steps to form global innovation alliances with multiple countries to facilitate regular knowledge, exchange ideas and foster innovations and investments on a global scale.

“Bengaluru is at the forefront of technological advancement and as we look to the future, working in isolation is no longer an option. It's important to create and work together with dynamic ideas”, Kharge said.

The Bengaluru Tech Summit will be Asia’s largest tech event, which will feature a diverse and enriching event spectrum, and encompasses a multitrack conference on IT and ElectronicS, Deep Tech, Startups and Bio-Tech, B2B Meetings, etc.
