Adding to this legacy is yet another talented actress, Nagashree Begar, who hails from Bellitere. She is diligently preparing herself for her stroke of luck in the world of acting.

Nagashree is a well-known name in the world of the folk art Yakshagana, which is normally considered a maledominated field. She shines in the lead role of the movie "Jalapata," set in the scenic backdrop of the Malenadu region.

Nagashree has been a prominent figure in Yakshagana, theater, dance, and local dramas. Her earlier film "Hucchikki," where she played the lead role, garnered immense popularity.

She was also noted for her role in "Vaishampayana." Her portrayal of a complex character with three shades in the movie "Jalapata" showcases her exceptional acting skills.

She has embraced the regional dialect of Malenadu in the film. She has already acted in notable TV shows and films like "Mayamruga Dhara," "Bacchular Party," and village-centric movies, showcasing her versatility.
