Karnataka govt transfers 2 more IAS officers

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: As many as two more Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers were transferred on Wednesday as the State government continued to recalibrate the bureaucracy to its needs.

Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Bommanahalli Zonal Commissioner Ramya S has been given the additional charge of the post of Executive Director, Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).

Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Bio-Technology and Science and Technolog y Director (Technical) Basavaraju AB has been transferred and posted as the BBMP Deputy Commissioner (Land Acquisition), a position that had been vacant.
