Siddu, DKS approached me in 2018, alleges HDK
Bengaluru, NT Bureau: JD(S) legislature party leader HD Kumaraswamy continued to go back and forth with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, slamming them for criticizing his alliance with the BJP for the Lok Sabha election.
Kumaraswamy pointed out that the Congressman had come to his doorstep to convince him to ally with them and form the government back in 2018.
“Did Siddaramaiah and DKS not come to my house four years ago to form a government? Would you lie like this if you had even a mustard seed’s worth of shame?” he asked.
The former CM also criticized Siddaramaiah over his stand that he would accept the Kantharaju Commission report in November when it was presented to him.
Kumaraswamy labeled it “caste arithmetic rather than caste census”, alleging that the Congress was going ahead with the exercise for political gain.
