Addl BMTC buses from Chinnaswamy for WC matches

Bengaluru: Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has released a comprehensive traffic advisory in anticipation of the upcoming Cricket World Cup matches to be held in the city's M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

According to the statement issued on Thursday, BMTC has made a strategic plan to deploy additional bus services, ensuring reliable and comfortable transportation for spectators attending the matches scheduled on October 20th, and 26th, as well as November 4th, 9th, and 12th.

Commuters bound for Kadugodi Bus Stand from M Chinnaswamy Stadium will benefit from an additional bus route traversing HAL and Hoodi Road.

Similarly, those heading towards Sarjapura are encouraged to utilize the bus service passing through Agara and Dommasandra. However, those travelling towards Electronic City are advised to utilize the bus service along Hosur Road.

Similarly, commuters heading towards Bannerghatta National Park will find ease in travelling via Jayadeva Hospital. In contrast, those travelling to Kengeri or KHB Staff Quarters should proceed via MCTC Satellite Bus Stop, Nayandahalli.

Individuals travelling from the stadium to Janapriya Township are advised to take the route heading through Magadi Road, commuters bound for Nelamangala can route through Yeshwanthpur.

Those destined for Yelahanka 5th Phase are advised to travel via Hebbal, while RK Hegde Nagar commuters are encouraged to utilize the routes through Nagawara or Tannery Road.
