Bengaluru: A heated altercation broke out between a group of young men and women outside a pub on Church Street in the city. A video capturing the altercation surfaced on social media, instantly going viral and sparking a flurry of comments.

The viral video's caption explained that the brawl stemmed from allegedly offensive comments exchanged between the two groups Saturday midnight.

The footage portrays two groups of young individuals allegedly in an inebriated state engaged in a physical brawl. It was said that the quarrel was triggered by remarks directed at the women’s attire in one of the groups.

The video triggered a flood of remarks with some placing the blame on the clothing choices of the women, while a majority criticised the mindset that allowed for such comments on their attire.
