Bengaluru: A Bengaluru resident recently found himself in the passenger seat of an Uber Moto, only to discover that his driver was an ex-Google employee from Hyderabad.
In a post shared on X, Raghav Dua, who booked a ride on Uber Moto shared his encounter with a former Google employee turned Uber driver.
With a video of him riding as a pillion rider, he posted, “My Uber Moto driver is ex-google, moved to Bangalore 20 days ago from Hyderabad. He is just doing this to explore the city it seems.”
The post went viral on the platform with over 64,000 views. Several netizens on the platform had different opinions about the incident. While some feel that this was a fib from the side of the rider, several opined that it is common to meet unique people such as them in the city.
A user Naveen commented, “What an innocent guy you are bruh!” to the video.
“That's truly fascinating! I hope you had an interesting conversation during your ride!" another user shared their own similar experience, while a third humorously quipped, "In Bengaluru, if you throw a stone in the air, it will either hit a bird or a software engineer."
