BCIC leadership forum emphasises SMEs and ethical leadership for industrial growth

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: The inaugural Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) Leadership Forum 2023-24, was addressed by Geethanjali Kirloskar, Chairperson and Managing Director of Kirloskar Systems Pvt. Ltd & Chairperson of Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker India Pvt. Ltd, and Dr M. V. Rajeev Gowda, Former Member of Parliament - Rajya Sabha and chairman of the Congress Research Department.

They emphasised the critical role of SME participation and ethical leadership in industrial growth. Kirloskar stressed the importance of SMEs, responsible governance, and decarbonization, while Dr Gowda highlighted the need for government-industry collaboration and talent synergy in the region.

The BCIC Leadership Forum, chaired by Dr. L. Ravindran, aims to promote leadership development and knowledge exchange.
