Ravi Shankar introduces son Advay in Subrahmanyaa

Bengaluru: Well-known actor, dubbing artist, writer, and filmmaker P Ravi Shankar, is all set to launch his son in a high-budget venture titled "Subrahmanyaa."

This exciting project marks the launch of Ravi Shankar's son, Advay, as the leading man and promises to be a Pan-Indian film that will be released in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.

Ravi Shankar who was primarily a dubbing artiste in Telugu made a mark as an actor in Kannada starting with Kempe Gowda. He has also directed the Kannada film Durgi starring Malashree.

The motion poster of "Subrahmanyaa" has recently been unveiled, offering a tantalizing glimpse into the film. The poster features spectacular visuals, hinting at the grand production values and technical standards.

It prominently showcases various devotional elements, including a temple dedicated to Lord Subrahmanya Swamy and his divine vehicle, the Peacock.

Advay, the debutant actor, is seen looking stylish and dynamic, holding a flambeau in one hand and a mysterious-looking book in the other, dressed in a striking Khakee outfit.

The motion poster has piqued curiosity about the movie's storyline, which appears to demand high-end VFX and promises to be a visual feast on the big screen.

"Subrahmanyaa" boasts a team of top technicians handling various aspects of the film's production. Raj Thota, renowned for his work in "Arjun Reddy," will serve as the cinematographer, while Ravi Basrur, known for his work in "KGF" and "Salaar," will compose the music.

Vijay M Kumar takes on the role of the film's editor, with Maasti contributing to the dialogues. Meher Vivek Vetcha acts as the Executive Producer, and Ullas Hydur, recognized for his work in "Charlie 777" and "Saptha Sagaradaache ello," serves as the Production Designer.

"Subrahmanyaa" is the second production of SG Movie Makers, a banner that previously bankrolled the pathbreaking film "Guna 369."

The film will be jointly produced by Thirumal Reddy and Anil Kadiyala, and it is presented by Smt Praveena Kadiyala and Smt Rama Lakshmi.
