Special train from Bengaluru to Bhubaneswar added
Bengaluru, NT Bureau: South Western Railway (SWR) has announced a special train from Bengaluru to Bhubaneswar which would leave the garden city in the wee hours of Friday and reach its destination on Saturday.
The train will also have a return leg, starting on Saturday and ending on Sunday. The unreserved Train on Demand (TOD) will leave Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal (SMVT) in Bengaluru at 4 a.m. on Friday and reach Bhubaneswar (new station) at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
In the return direction, the train will leave the Bhubaneswar station at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
The trains will have stoppages at Krishnarajapuram, Bangarpet, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Renigunta, Gudur, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Pendurthi, Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Palasa, Brahmapur, Chatrapur and Khurda Road.
The train will have a composition of 21 General Second Class coaches and 2 Second Class Sitting cum Luggage Vans for Disabled.
