Debt multiplied under Modi: Siddu hits back at PM

Mysuru, NT Kolar: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday hit back against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for claiming that Congress was making the country bankrupt.

The CM on his official visit to Kolar said that given Modi’s track record of borrowing massive amounts of loans, it was the BJP making the country bankrupt.

He was responding to Modi’s comments in a BJP election campaign in Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh. Do you know how much he has borrowed after coming to power? Rs 125 lakh crores in addition to the earlier debt. Tell me who bankrupted the country?” Siddaramaiah asked mediapersons.
