Man murdered by cousin

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: A 37-year-old man was murdered by his own cousin over suspicion of keeping an illicit relationship with his wife in Tilak Nagar here.

The deceased was identified by the police as Tabrez Pasha, an employee at a furniture store. The accused, Shabir, was an employee at a private firm in Bengaluru, the police said.

On Wednesday, Shabir intercepted Pasha who was on the way to his house near SRK Garden and attacked him with a sharp weapon. The police said that Tabrez Pasha was stabbed in the abdomen and chest multiple times with a sharp weapon.

Pasha died on the spot due to excess loss of blood. Based on a complaint filed by Pasha's wife, Tilak Nagar police arrested Shabir on murder charges. Further investigation is being carried out.
