
Police team from Delhi questions Manoranjan parents
Mysuru, NT Bureau: Three police officers including a woman attached to the Delhi Anti-terror squad, accompanied by central intelligence officers, on Monday quizzed the parents of Manoranjan, one of the accused in the parliament security breach case.
The team reached their residence at 11 am and is being assisted by the local police in the investigation.
Parliament Street police in Delhi have booked Manoranjan and five others under various provision of IPC and UAPA for intruding into the Lok Sabha when the session was underway last week.
The officials inspected his room where he used to read newspapers, journals, and books.
They also gathered information related to bank transactions, phone calls with his friends and the friends he went out along with another accused in the case, Sagar Sharmas.
