FIR filed over unauthorised banners in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: An FIR has been registered against two Trusts for installing unauthorised banners featuring Lord Ram in West Bengaluru on Wednesday.

The local authorities took action after it was discovered that several banners, depicting Lord Ram and associated with certain Trusts, were erected without the necessary permission.

The banners, which appeared across different locations in West Bengaluru, drew attention for their large size and prominent display.

The police said that the Trusts responsible for the banners did not obtain the required permits for such public displays.

The FIR has been registered at Rajajinagar Police Station.
