Bengaluru: The Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths nabbed two absconding rowdy sheeters who were accused in an attempt-to murder case in the city.
The Bengaluru West Division, Crime Wing of the CCB arrested Pavan, 23, and Manoj, 23, who had a rowdy sheet filed against them at Puttenahalli Police Station here.
It was revealed that the duo were on the run for over two years. An official from the CCB said that the two were allegedly involved in a violence that had taken place in Tilak Nagar two years ago.
A case had been registered against them in this matter. However, despite intensified search, the two continued to be missing while the police submitted a charge sheet to the court.
However, based on credible information, the CCB nabbed the duo and handed over them to Tilak Nagar Police. Further investigation is underway.
