Dr Ravindranath assumes in-charge director role at Jayadeva

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: Dr. Ravindranath has assumed the role of incharge director at Bengaluru Jayadeva Hospital, following the conclusion of Dr. C. N. Manjunath's term.

The state government issued an order appointing Dr Ravindranath to this position.

Aged 69, he previously held the position of professor at Jayadeva Hospital in Bangalore and served as the Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi Health University.

Dr. C. N. Manjunath, the outgoing director of the esteemed Jayadeva Heart Institute in Bangalore, completed his term on January 31.

Having had his tenure extended four times, the state government decided to appoint a new director. Dr. Ravindranath has been appointed as the acting director until a permanent director is selected for Jayadeva Hospital.
