It is not clear why producer T R Chandrasekhar has produced this movie that neither provides entertainment to those who waste their money and precious time to watch it nor conveys a message to society. It can be a burden on society as the producer is eligible to get subsidy from the state government.

Producer Chandrasekhar is known for making Kannada movies such as Chamak with Ganesh as a hero and Ayogya with Satish Ninasam in the lead role. However he offers nothing new with Huttu Habbada Shubhashayagalu. The entire movie is shot at one or two locations without adding any value to make it worth for watching by mass audiences.

Director Nagaraj Bethur has miserably failed to utilise Diganth’s acting skills. The disadvantage of this movie is its script which is far from convincing. For example, a police inspector, a lawyer, a doctor and others attend a birthday party at a farm house as if they have no other better work to do. The other unconvincing element is a father giving supari to sharpshooters to kill his son.

The script of this movie revolves around a murder that took place at a farm house. Arjun (Diganth) kills his friend Avinash, who hosts the party. The remaining part of the movie is how Arjun escapes from being punished for the crime.

As far as performances of the artistes is concerned, Diganth, known as Doodh Peda Diganth, has disappointed his fans with his unexciting performance. He looks apathetic towards his assignment throughout the movie.

Kavitha Gowda has nothing to do in this movie.

It is worth watching by those who have no other option to spend their leisure time and money.
