Mysuru: This could be the ultimate destination for a tea connoiseur! As many as 99 varieties of tea, pooled from across the world, are on display and for savouring at the ‘Live tea station’ organised at the 15 day flea market hosted on the occasion of Christmas and New Year at Loyal world super market at Vontikoppal in Mysuru. Most people have heard of tea varieties like Ice tea, Sweet and spice tea, Mint tea, Kadaki tea, Energy tea, Honey tea, Masala hot tea, Mandi tea, Taj special tea, Green kadaki, Cream kadaki, Herbal kadaki, Saffron special Kadaki, Masala kadaki, Hyderabadi Kadaki, Gulabi kadaki herbal, Green masala, Ginger green, Herbal green, Honey green, Royal tea, Ginger mix, Lite mix, Healthy herbal, Herbal punch, Lemon heat, Lemon cocktail, Lemon punch, Honey looper, Black gold tea, Black silver tea, Blue tea, Blue lemon tea, Green rose tea, Three colour herbal tea and Mojitto. Ther are also rarely heard names like Livaise tea, Greenuvaise, Sleambath tea, Ankoor, Fruityoish, Israpheel, 71 degree celsius tea, 65 degree celsius tea, Olao tea, Oloe masala tea and Buhari tea. At least 7 different varieties of tea are being introduced every day since December 18. And atleast 600 people enjoy these tea varieties daily while during weekends, the number rises to 1200, according to director of Loyal World, Mr Mohammed. Information on green tea, herbal tea, black tea and other varieties are being provided at the tea station besides tips on how to prepare ideal and tasty tea.

Along with the tea, visitors can also enjoy Pistachio cake, Briache bread, Meringue, stollen cake, pumkin pie, chocolate lava pudding, ginger bread, pecan pie, Christmas celebration cake, Apricot raisin cake, Chiffon cake and Exotic fruit pastry.
