ICSE,ISC results: 99.47% pass ICSE, 98.19% pass ISC; girls outshine boys

Bengaluru: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has unveiled the much-anticipated results for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations today.
Students can now view their results on the board's official website.
Additionally, the board has made an important announcement regarding the discontinuation of merit lists for Class 12 exams, with Board Secretary Joseph Emmanuel stating that this decision aims to avoid and prevent unhealthy competition.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in New Delhi, the results of ISC and ICSE exams were released on May 6.
The ICSE pass rate is 99.47 per cent, while the ISC pass rate is 98.19 per cent. Students of both Class 10 and 12 can access their results through the official website, cisce.org, or results. cisce.org.
Another option is to access their scorecards through the DigiLocker platform. From this year 24, the ICSE and ISC compartment examinations have been discontinued.
However, students who wish to improve their marks/grades in the same examination year can opt for the improvement examination in a maximum of two subjects.
Further details will be made available on the official website soon. In terms of performance, girls have outperformed boys in both ICSE and ISC examinations.
Among ICSE candidates, girls achieved an overall pass percentage of 99.31 per cent, whereas boys secured 99.65 per cent.
Similarly, in the ISC exams, girls attained a pass percentage of 98.92 per cent, while boys achieved 97.53 per cent.
- Orchids The International School, (School Vivekananda), Sahakar Nagar branch has a 100 per cent pass rate in the ICSE 10 Board examinations. Medha S Rao and Saanvi K topped their school with 98.8 per cent and 98.4 per cent respectively.
- At Greenwood High International School, Adrita Tripathi emerged as the top scorer in ICSE, achieving an outstanding 99.80 per cent, while 194 students secured 90 per cent and above. In ISC, Mythili Iyer topped 98.75 per cent, with 65 students scoring more than 90 per cent.
- The ICSE Class 10th Toppers List 2024 in Karnataka includes Madhurya M Belagodu with 99 per cent, Prakruti R Koppal with 98.4 per cent, Dhruva Prasad with 98.2 per cent, Panchami Nayak with 98 per cent, Sarah Olivia with 98 per cent, Aarush K Nag with 97.6 per cent, Shravya Vinay and Nitya with 97.2 per cent each.
