Bengaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) members on Tuesday filed a complaint with Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayanada after a few posters targeting state Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar surfaced across several streets in the city.

These posters, installed overnight by unidentified individuals, appear to be in response to recent revelations concerning JD(S) Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, whose alleged video clips purportedly depicting instances of sexual abuse and exploitation have come to light.

Additionally, the posters prominently showcase images of the Congress leaders, with one specifically featuring DK Shivakumar.

The text on the poster alleges that he has "exploited images of women for political purposes."

According to sources, the police tore off a few posters from a building near Lulu Mall and another near the KPCC office on Queens Road in Bengaluru.

An FIR has been registered based on the complaint and strict action will be initiated against those involved in the matter, the city top cop said.
