Father murders son following dispute over money

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: A man is said to have killed his 31-year-old son with a machete following a dispute over money in Lakkojanahalli village in Ramanagara district.

As per the police, the incident took place on Friday night when the deceased, Bhaskar, was sleeping in his house. It is alleged that the father, Krishnappa, often used to fight with his son over financial matters.

On Friday night, a similar fight broke out between the two following which Bhaskar had dinner and went to sleep. An enraged Krishnappa, took a machete and allegedly hacked his son to death. The police inspected the spot and have taken up further investigation in the case.
