IIM-B’s annual summit encourages entrepreneurship

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: IIM Bangalore's annual entrepreneurship summit, Eximius 2024, recently concluded with events aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among India's future leaders.

Hosted by the PGP students in collaboration with NSRCEL, the summit featured several activities including panel discussions, keynote speeches, workshops, a start-up expo, case contests and business competitions.

The event, inaugurated by Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan and attended by personalities such as Indian entrepreneur Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, focused on bridging profitability with societal impact.

Shaw, in her keynote address, shared insights from her journey founding Biocon Limited and Biocon Biologics, emphasising the challenges and rewards of pioneering affordable healthcare solutions since 1978.

Eximius 2024 not only provided a platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase heir ideas , a spirit of innovation.
