Trio arrested for assaulting pedestrians over cigarette refusal

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: Two adults and a minor have been arrested for assaulting two pedestrians after they refused to give them cigarettes in north Bengaluru.

The attack occurred near Annapurneshwari Bakery on SSA Road. Nithin, 19, Madan, 19, and a 16-year-old—assaulted Akash and Vikram Rathor, with one wielding a knife.

The victims escaped and reported the incident. Nithin and Madan are in judicial custody, while the minor was presented before the Juvenile Justice Board.
