FIR filed against miscreants over fake bomb threat to school

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: A bomb threat sent to The New Indian Public School near Manyata Tech Park caused panic on Thursday morning.

The email, claiming that explosives were planted in five pipelines within the school, led to an immediate evacuation. The bomb squad, after thoroughly searching the premises, confirmed it was a hoax.

The police have registered an FIR against the culprits and are investigating the incident.
