M R Sharma appointed as MD of KRIBHCO

M R Sharma has been appointed as the Managing Director of Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), effective September 1, 2024. A Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee, Sharma brings over 42 years of experience in the fertiliser industry, specialising in ammonia and urea production.
Starting as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1982, he is the first to ascend to the MD role from this position.

Sharma has led significant projects throughout his career, including maintaining production during the COVID-19 crisis. His leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as an outstanding CEO by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
