Weekly special train to ply between B’luru and Odisha in Oct, Nov

NT Correspondent Bengaluru: East Coast Railway (ECR) has announced that it will operate a weekly special train between Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar for nine trips in each direction. The trips will last in the first week of October and end in the first week of December. The special train is expected to ease the rush caused by people traveling between the two cities for festivals like Dasara and Deepavali. The Bhubaneswar to Yesvantpur Weekly Express Special will depart from Bhubaneswar every Saturday, starting from October 5 and ending on November 30 at 7:15 pm and will arrive at Yesvantpur station at 12:15 am on Mondays.

The Yesvantpur to Bhubaneswar Weekly Express Special will depart from Yesvantpur MANAGERevery Monday, from October 7 to December 2 at 4:30 am and will reach Bhubaneswar station at 12:15 pm on Tuesdays. (Sub-head) Spl services to Kerala extended The weekly special train operated by Southern Railway (SR) between Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram, which was supposed to last until September fourth week, has been extended to all of October and the first week of November.

The Kochuveli to Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru (SMVT) Bengaluru Weekly Express Special, which was earlier notified to run up to September 24 will now be extended to operate from October 1 to November 5. The SMVT Bengaluru to Kochuveli Weekly Express Special, which was earlier notified to run until September 25, will now be extended to operate from October 2 to November 6.
