Karandlaje stresses need for eco-friendly tech

Bengaluru: Union Minister of State for MSMEs Shobha Karandlaje urged industries to adopt ecofriendly technologies and practices to remain competitive globally while supporting local employment and environmental conservation. She was presiding over the valedictory function at SURFACEXPO 2024 in Bengaluru recently, according to a press statement. SURFACEXPO 2024 attracted industries from defence, aviation and other public sector organisations as the event emerged as a major platform for the surface coating industry. SURFACEXPO 2024 was organised by Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) - Bangalore North. T K Ramesh, Managing Director of Ace Designers Ltd, graced the event as a special guest.
