BCP felicitates top Cobra teams for September

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: Bangalore City Police has recognized the top-performing Cobra teams for September 2024, based on feedback and ratings from 112 helpline callers. The teams were selected for their exceptional service in resolving issues reported by the public. The Hebbal Traffic Police Station team, represented by Police Constable Madhu M., and the Mahadevapura Traffic Police Station team, led by Police Constable Ganesh Katenahalli, received the highest ratings from callers. Their efforts were acknowledged during a monthly service parade held on Friday.

City Police Commissioner B. Dayananda felicitated the officers with appreciation letters in recognition of their outstanding performance. The evaluation of Cobra teams, based on public feedback, will continue to be an ongoing initiative to improve police service delivery and ensure accountability. The Bangalore City Police emphasized that this monthly recognition encourages better public service and strengthens trust between the police and the community. The department will maintain this system of identifying the best-performing teams to reward exemplary service.
