Speeding car overturns on Yeshwantpur Flyover, 4 escape with minor injuries

A speeding car lost control and overturned on the Yeshwantpur flyover, marking yet another accident at this location. The incident occurred late at night and involved four young passengers who were returning from Sanjaynagar to Rajajinagar. The occupants of the vehicle, a Creta with registration number KA 04MT 8618, had a narrow escape, sustaining only minor injuries.

Witnesses reported that the car was speeding toward Yeshwantpur when it lost control, struck the divider, and overturned on the flyover. Nearby auto drivers immediately came to their aid, pulling the youths out of the overturned vehicle. This accident follows another fatal incident that took place on the same flyover just a month and a half ago, where a car fell off the bridge, tragically resulting in a loss of life. The Yeshwantpur traffic police have registered the latest case, raising concerns about safety measures and speeding on this stretch.
