‘Cong leaders lack common sense’: Sudhakar fumes

Bengaluru: Congress leaders must have the common sense not to violate curfew orders which have been imposed across the state in the interests of citizens’ health, opined Health and Medical Education Minister Dr K. Sudhakar.

Talking to reporters here on Saturday, he said the state government, after taking into account the rise in Corona cases and the Omicron variant, has imposed certain curbs to protect people’s lives. It is the duty of every individual, party and organization to respect the curbs. The Congress is playing with the lives of people by undertaking the padayatra from Mekedatu to Bengaluru from January 9, he said.

“Today they(Congress) are in the opposition; if they come to power in the future, will they keep quiet if the opposition party behaves in this manner”, he fumed.
