There is a rise in reckless driving and risky stunts for social media videos across India. Just days after a young man tragically lost his life attempting a bicycle stunt in Maharashtra, a new video has surfaced on social media showing youths performing a dangerous scooter stunt without helmets on a busy road near Banashankari 2nd Stage in Bengaluru. The video, shared by the X handle @karnatakaportf, captures two young men one of whom appears to be a minor performing a sit-down wheelie on a crowded street. The person filming the incident attempts to warn them, but they glance back and continue their stunt. The post mentions, "The incident took place in Banashankari 2nd Stage, near Monotype, at around 8:22 PM. The vehicle involved had the registration number KA01 V 5613.

Reckless behaviour like this on public roads is extremely dangerous and can lead to accidents. It's essential for parents and guardians to prevent children from engaging in such risky activities, especially on busy streets." The video sparked outrage among social media users, with many condemning the youths' dangerous actions. One user commented, "This always happens at Yarab Nagar, BSK 2nd Stage." Another user tagged the Bengaluru police, urging them to take strict action.

"@ blrcitytraffic please seize the vehicle and penalise the parents so severely that this kid gets a daily lesson from his father!" the user posted. A third user also demanded action: "Please take action against these individuals as they pose a serious risk to pedestrians and riders,'' he said.
