Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao offers condolence to family of fire victim Priya

Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao visited the family of Priya, who tragically lost her life in a fire at a Rajajinagar bike showroom, to offer his condolences. Priya’s family, residing in Okalipuram, Gandhinagar, expressed their dissatisfaction with the showroom owner, who has yet to contact them or acknowledge the incident. During the visit, Priya’s father appealed to the minister, urging him to ensure justice as both an MLA and a responsible leader.

Responding to their concerns, Minister Gundurao assured the family he would summon the showroom owner to discuss the matter and work towards securing compensation for their loss. Speaking to the media, the minister expressed empathy over Priya’s death, noting that it occurred tragically on her birthday. He acknowledged the family’s efforts in educating their children and emphasised the need to investigate the availability of insurance. "Compensation must be provided to the family," he stated, committing to further discussions with the showroom owner to ensure justice and support for the grieving family.
