Presidency University confers 19 gold medals on Convocation Day

Over 3000 students graduated with flying colours at the annual convocation of Presidency University on Friday. The 3879 students across different disciplines like management, law, engineering, design, information science, media studies, commerce and economics were awarded degrees in the presence of Dr Nissar Ahmed, Chairman of Presidency Group of Institutions and Chancellor of Presidency University and chief guest Rakesh Singh, chairman of the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA). 19 gold medallists were also honoured in addition to 75 research students. Vice Chancellors Suhail Ahmed, Salman Ahmed and Director of Presidency University Doctor Nafeesa Ahmed were present at the convocation.
