ISL: BLues dismantle defending Champions

Bengaluru have outclassed Mumbai City 3-0 in Monday’s Indian Super League (ISL) clash played at the Fatorda stadium in Goa. Though Gurpreet Singh was the fi rst to be tested in the tie, Danish Farooq (8’) handed Marco Pezzaiuoli’s side the early lead before Prince Ibara (23’, 45+4’) added another two to complete the tally.

The win has helped Bengaluru leapfrog FC Goa and Odisha into the seventh spot with 13 points from 11 games, whereas Mumbai City stay second for now with 17 points from 11.
