Mysuru schools shut

Mysore: Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Dr Gautam Bagadi has ordered the suspension of offline classes from 1st to 10th standard in Mysuru City and Mysuru taluk from January 12 till further orders in the wake of a spike in Corona positive cases in the district in the last one week.

However, this order is not applicable to other taluks. Meanwhile, as many as 52 students in the age group of 11 to 18 years contracted Corona virus on Tuesday.
