MLA launches development works

Mysuru: Krishnaraja MLA S.A. Ramdas launched a slew of developmental works in his constituency in Mysuru on Thursday.

He performed the guddali puja for a number of development works in Ward No 51. Ramdas said all 19 wards that are part of his constituency, had been given Rs 10 lakh each for temporary repair work of roads. This work has started from Ward No 51.

Similarly, Rs 13 lakh had been released for blacktopping of road from Kempanjamba Agrahara up to 3rd cross Shankar Mutt Road; patch work on 4th cross of Ramanuj Road; Rs 10 lakh for inter-locking work on 1st cross of Ramanuja Road.

The MLA said the works could not be taken up earlier due to the code of conduct for the Legislative Council polls. Corporator B.V.Manjunath, KR Constituency BJP Vice-President Santosh Shambu, Ward Chairman Gururaj Shenoy, Ashraya Samiti Members Hemanth and others were present.
