Major bureaucratic transfers ahead of R-Day

Anil Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary, Public Works Department.Dr. Shamla Iqbal, Commissioner, Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department has been transferred as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises.

M. Kanaga Valli, Managing Director, Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department. Vasireddy Vijaya Jyothsna, Deputy Commissioner, Kalaburagi District has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation.

Yeshwant V Gurukar, Managing Director, North East Karnataka Road Transport Corporation has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kalaburagi District. Hepsibha Rani Koralapati, Joint Managing Director, Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Karnataka Vidyut Karkhane Limited.

K.A. Dayananda, Special Commissioner (Administration) Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has been transferred and posted as Commissioner for Backward Classes. G.Jagadeesha, Secretary to Chief Minister has been placed in concurrent charge of the post of Managing Director, Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation.

K.S. Lathakumari, Managing Director Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation has been transferred and posted as Director, Welfare of Disabled & Senior Citizens.

Venkat Raja, Additional Commissioner (Headquarters & Inspection) Excise Department has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kolar District.

C.T. Shilpa Nag, Director (e-governance) Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Rural Development. Nalini Atul, Additional Commissioner of Public Instructions Kalaburgi has been transferred and posted as Controller of Examinations, Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC).
